Week 18 ... where has the time gone! (4 months Post Op)

I am feeling good, about the choices, about the sacrifice, and about my future! I weighted in and got measurements last night - I am down in BMI from 52% to 41% Weight is down 67lbs so far and 23 inches over my whole body! Stoked!!!
Got a new routine, with 15 lb weights (grr) and he’s mixing it up so that I am on the treadmill for 5, do wall pushups, then side planks, then arm free weight lifts of 15 lbs, the treadmill for 5 mins, then the wall pushups the side planks then arm lifts, then treadmill for 5 mins, then wall push ups then 10 lb free weights on my back with arms up above my chest out and down up out and down, lol then with a single 15 lb weight I do quick squats with the weight between my hands in front of my chest... Well I don’t HATE the trainer today so that is a good thing... I must be getting stronger!
Nutritionist says I am on track, no changes... except one: More Protein, they upped from 60-80 goal to 100!!! Not sure how I’ll get it in, but I will definitely try!
Well 4 Months out - time to kick it up a notch!
