Week 23 - Time to get MOTIVATED

Okay - so I did lose some pounds this week, definitely happy to see that! :) I officially am down 80 lbs, and hit 250.0!!!! this morning.

I am refocusing on the gym/me relationship... figuring out what I like and don't like and finding alternatives to the don't like items that have a similar effectiveness.  Also I am starting to see a slip of the eating habits, more sweets less protein, not much, but reaffirmation on those commitments to myself for sure! :)
