Hi Amanda - I'm new to Obesity Help, I am going for Orientation on August 15th. I do know a little about Iron therapy because I tend to be anemic. I take my iron with vitamin C and it allows it to absorb better. I also think I heard that the same goes for B-12. I hope this helps. Alceen

Hi Amanda. I used to live in Woodbridge like 15 years ago! I bet it's still pretty and green there, huh. WOW! You are almost there! Just think, by the time I have my surgery on July 1st, your pants will be too big for you! I can't wait to join you on the other side of surgery so I can be in the "BIG LOSER" club too! God bless! Sheila
