Hey all, Update from yesterday... Can I just say Connie is a rock star? Within 2 hours of getting to her room, she was out of bed on her own (no nurse prompting) and when they found her out of bed, they made her walk. She was eating ice and everything seemed to be working like it should. I had printed off all your kind words until that point and read them to her which she really liked. She'll be discharged tomorrow (Wednesday). I'll be visiting her tonight after work and bring her the other notes from you all. Thanks for keeping her in your thoughts!!
