Dona, Good luck with your surgery. I also have Tricare Prime. It took me a while to get the approval only because of the "eval and treat". I had to go through the AFB and they finally got it straight. Being in the medical billing field I knew that it had to say that, but I guess i turn stupid when it comes to my referrals. Good Luck!!
