Keep up the good work! I am now walking to. I am down from 258 to 182 in 4 months. Dr rovito is no longer doing the RYN's anymore. Bummer for anyone who had the appointments with him.

Debbie, best wishes for your surgery this week. I had mine about three months ago, and I have never had a single regret. Fortunately, the nervousness is over with when you wake up in the recovery room to your new life.
