14 days out 9.6.11

Some days are long. Today was one of those. This would be my nephew's 30th birthday. He was killed in a car accident in March 2002. I relive that day many times and I'm sure his mom, dad, sister and brother do as well.
He was a great kid. I still find it hard to believe that he is gone. Part of me feels a little bit at ease knowing he's not alone. Dad is there with him and my brother-in-law as well.

I'm sleepy today, don't have a lot of energy. I still find it hard to determine how much I should eat.

Got weighed tonight at Tops and I lost another 3.8 pounds. That's 15 pounds in two weeks. Not too bad.

Foot is killing me so it's off to bed I go.
