October 12th Dear Kim: Greetings! I had my Lap-RNY on August 20th----same date as you. Then on September 28th I had emergency surgery to correct two blockages in my small intestines. I was 'opened' up for that one. Anyway, I'm currently experiencing exactly what you described; I'm hungry, want to eat, desire food, make it, my mouth waters----but when I begin to eat-------it's just tastes alful! So I don't get much of anything in----except pickles! Pickles are what I've been enjoying-----plus pink lemonate crystal lite. Well, I thought you'd like to know, someone else is experiencing what you described. Write if you feel like chatting more. Sincerely, Lori Ann
