My Lil Angelette is having a birthday!! On Wednesday it will be one year ago that she was laying in the hospital getting herself a wonderful pouch. Kim has done an amazing job with her weight loss and has added some much quality to her life. Now, if she would take a couple of minutes out of her busy life and update her profile you guys would know how awesome her story is!!
