Looking for suggestions for weight loss

Hi 

My name is Karen and I had a RNY gastric bypass in 2001.  I lost about 170 lbs and had the plastics done.  I started gaining weight back and in 2011 I had the rose procedure.  This was a total waste of 8100.00.  I have gained a significant amount of weight and am looking for suggestions as to what I can do.  I tried the Ideal Protein several times.  You lose the weight and gain it right back after you get off.  If anyone knows of another surgery or program after the gastric by pass, please let me know.
