Hi Linda, I will be post op 1 yr tomorrow 12/10/02. I see you are rapidly approaching your anniversary as well. You look beautiful and I am glad you feel well. I feel wonderful. My weight loss too is at a crawl but my health is at an all time high and I honestly never thought I would see a size 14-16 again in my life. It is amazing how much smaller that size feels this time around. Best wishes and the next year of your journey!

Linda: Start back at the beginning of your diet, i.e. protein first, then veggies and fruit and lastly carbs. Watch the amounts you eat. Don't drink 30 minutes before you eat or for 30 minutes after you eat. Don't drink while you eat either. Do your drinking of liquids between meals. Good luck and God bless.
