Doreen - when I went for sleep study appt, my main concern was that I cannot sleep anyplace but my own bed. The doctor advised that I could bring Melatonin with me and take it before bed, or if I did not want to do that, they would provide a light sedative. Ask your doc about this. I can't imagine anyone being able to sleep hooked up to all that stuff in a strange bed!
