 I went to a Dr appt on Monday and weighed 215-yeah! Now today I am 216 (already accounted for the scale differences) So my 60 day diet and exercise appt with my PCP is tomorrow. I am down, but not as much as I wanted! 12lbs first month, now only 6 or 7 lbs this month and I have been juggling the last 2 or 3 lbs back and forth. I need to bust my butt and exercise a bit more I guess. Any input from anyone that had to do this would be great! Thx Lisa
