Congratulations Lillian! It is a struggle and it will get better! I still have my ups and downs with foods and I will be a year Feb 5, 2004....also with Dr. Vanderkolk!!! Best of luck in your loss of the weight....its a great feeling:-)

Wishing you a safe journey to the losing side!!! I had my RNY gastric bypass in May 2003 and have lost 225 getting to below goal. I have absolutely no regrets other than that I didn't have my WLS sooner. Please know that anything is within reach providing you use this wonderful tool you've been given! Best wishes!
