Hello Lisa - Glad to hear your out of surgery and doing well. Just don't over do it, which is normal for the human side of us, it seems? A day or two of feeling great can give you false signals and leave you doing more then you should. Take it easy, slow, and HEAL! :) Lots of H20, vitamins and walking are the ONLY other priorities. People tend to panic at the early stages because they cant get in enough protein or food - thats NORMAL! We all pretty much have a grace period of sorts the first 90 days. Our "obese" bodies have enough storage to feed off of so protein and foods can be weaned in gradually over time! Take care of you - Lei

I had no real pain and I went back to work early because I felt so good. I hope your experience is as positive!
