Went to planet fitness yesterday. Did 30 minute weights, and 400m on rowing machine. Also did the red light therapy.
This morning did Week 6, Day 1 of my run. Got in infared sauna for 30 minutes.
Sweated like a pig. We got the sauna last week and put together this past weekend.
Been reading Dinesh D'souza's book, What's so great about America.
