Hi sweetie! Not to worry - you WILL be ok.... Physical hunger (and head hunger) is normal for many... I literally WOKE UP out of surgery physically hungry. Still I managed to reach goal in 15 months.... And even if you can eat more than you think you should be able to, don't worry - you didn't get fat because you ate a potato.... Eat until satiated and then stop.... Stick to set meals, no snacking. No drinking during or for at least 30 minutes after meals....
