You are doing so good! i've only lost 66 pounds but i'm not gonna complain. I'm in a size 14 and my hair is falling too.lol. Isn't this an incredible journey? I have my occasional overeating or eating to fast episode but for the most part everything is great. I went to see my surgeon and my labs were great. He suggested i inject b-12 once a month instead of my daily sublingual. I did that today and it didnt hurt like i thought it would. Sweetie, I am so sorry for all the pain you must be going thru. Sometimes things happen and we question them but your father is right there beside you now. I didn't know that your surgery was done already. I'm not working yet which is where i have my e-mail. I am so happy that it finally happened. You will do awesome. All your love is appreciated and i'm here whenever you need me. These next weeks are difficult (mentally) . Hi Melissa, So sorry to hear about your dad, but congrats on your wls and your new birthdate. I know your dad is still with you and must be very proud of you for taking such a step to regain your life back. I lost my father last Feb and I couldn't be there either so I know how you feel. hope you have a speedy recovery. Your in my heart and prayers. Jen N :-))

Hi Melissa, I know that you're feeling very badly about not being able to attend your Dad's funeral but you will cherish the memory of being able to speak with him on Wed and knowing that he wanted you to do well with your WLS. Please know that He is right beside you in spirit, as you recover from your surgery. BIGGHUGGZZZZ
