'Sometimes the hardest part of the journey is believing that you're worthy of the trip'

I am worth this journey and I deserve this happyness! This is very important to me. Wanting to be skinny is great but wanting to be healthy and live to see my grandkids is my life goal. I want life and not death at 40yrs old. I am only 32 but 8yrs on the track I am on is going to take away yrs from my life with my children. So today I say Im worth the journy and this trip will be hard but its worth the ride...count down to next week friday 7/27/2012 (first Dr apt)
