 I down loaded My Fitness pal and started tracking my food which was one of my short term goals. I started two days early which is great. It shows I'm inspired. Today I will take the boys swimming and yesss lol this time I'm getting in. I will work out in the water... My coach said I don't have to try to hard just move my body get moving she said. I'm so excited tomorrow is Monday. Having a great Sunday so far. Well I'll post again later with food....for thought that is lol
