Heyy All, I never got the chance to post again yesterday. Busy Busy Busy.. I enjoyed the pool and time with my family. Hope everyone had a greet weekend. I did really good with eating and tracking yesterday. I am off track this morning as I had no breakfast and ended up eating a left over half of a HERSHEY BAR  I know I know not a good idea...But I pick my self up and plan to have a good and healthy lunch. I did buy cookie yesterday and I know I should not have. Its such a weakness. Its like the sweet tooth wins again. I have no excuse but I wanted them....I am excited to read about OH members who are having surgery today and those one day post op  way to go and as the oldies say sipp sipp walk walk..(cant wait till its me)
