Hello there Pam; Just wanted to say a friendly hello, and wish you the best of luck on your weight loss surgery. You sound alot like myself as far as the waighting game goes. I have also joined curves and I go on the average of three to five days a week. I love it the people there are great. I have been working out for one month and have lost 15 inches and 8 pounds YEAH. My surgery date is May 28th 2004 and i cant waight. anyways enough about me this is your support page. Best of luck and may god be with you on your journey trough a new and more wonderfull life.
