Hello everyone... Unfortunately this weekend, Lisa has developed pneumonia, and will need to stay in the hospital for a bit longer. She seems to be doing fine otherwise, but she definitely needs her rest, and has been having some breathing problems. I will get more info as soon as I can.

Hello everyone, I spoke to Lisa this morning. She is doing better today. She actually did have some complications that almost postponed the surgery. It was detected that her liver was larger than expected, and her pouch was made a bit larger than normal. She wanted me to stress the importance of the pre-op liquid diet to shrink the liver. Very, very important!!!! She is doing much better today, and will most likely be home on Sunday.

Hey everyone!!! Just spoke to Lisa's husband, and she is doing good. Has a little dry mouth, but she is fine, and the pain medication is working :) She is scheduled to be back home by Saturday, and plans to be online then. I will keep you all updated as I get more info. Thanks!

Lisa, best of luck on your surgery! You will do great! Remember to drink you water, get in your protein and exercise your butt off! Welcome to the losers bench! We've been waiting for you! Take Care!

Hello everyone! Lisa had a successful surgery this morning, and is expected tobe home within a couple of days. She had her surgery at 6am in Kentucky, and just received word of the completion 11am Pacific time. I will keep everyone updated as I receive more information. Thank you!

I couldnt sleep all night thinking about you! I know you're doing just wonderfully and i can not wait to call you but i wanna wait till you're further out of surgery. i'm so excited for you!
