Dear Angela may God be with you thru this day comming it is a life changing event & one of thhe best in my life ,enjoy the ride & hang on there will be some stalls in the road when you think you have failed the tool the dr gave you to use but then you will be lossing inches & that is good also ,so rest & sip the water at first & protein & God be with you to give you peace of mind ,you will be just fine ,\ Becky
