2 Months And Counting....

Another week has come and gone. I had several appointments this week beginning with my 5th appointment with my doctor to equal 4 months of physician supervised dieting which will be completed in mid-April. (say YEAAAA!)This morning I saw Dr. S and have completed my visits with him until after I'm banded. This afternoon I attended my first support group meeting and finally got to meet one of my favorite band buddies!
I can't say I've been losing much weight in the past months but at least I am losing a little and not gaining. I am faithful about the gym and even though the gym is in the town I work in, not the one I live in, I still make the drive to the gym once on the week end, too.
Most everything else is uneventful but I consider that to be a good thing.
