Sharon, update to my post about 5 mos eating, I am meeting with my nutrionist tomorrow for my 5mos check up. I will tell you ESXCAATLY what she says we should be eating and amounts, I will email you. Thanks. Heather

Sharon, I am just about 4 months out, I am having my period right now and BOY CAN I EAT! Yesterday, I ate a HOLE 2 egg omelette and peice of sausage for Breakfast. Lunch, ate inside of 2 2" peices of hoagie and dinner, 4oz burger patty NO BREAD! Plus, I drink soooo much during my period! Good Luck!
