Smells Good .....BUT...

Well family,Today I had my upper GI test done. It was really quick and painless. I went in there with cotton mouth because you can't eat or drink anything 12hours before- not even water. So they had me drink this "light" barium stuff. It smelled really good. Kind of like a tropical punch Now and Later, so I thought I was good to go! Needless to say it taste like Pepto Bismol-
. I usually don't sip anything but man that stuff was terrible. So now I only have 2 nutrition appt and one support group meeting to attend and then we can set the date.
I have been thinking lately of making a good bye video to the old me. I saw the contestants on the Biggest Loser do this. I would like to tell the new me- the skinny me- that it is OK to be happy. You don't have to miss the old fat you- but its ok to move forward- etc etc ... stuff like that.
I think that it will be really theruaputic for when I am overwhelmed with emotions. Kind of reasuring when I wonder _DID I ONLY TAKE THE EASY WAY OUT?
OH Yeah btw- I lost the 9 lbs!
