I am on the other side

HEllo OH Family,

Well I came home from the hospital today.  I am happy to be in my own bed but sad because I am alone, since my hubby is deployed and the kids are with my Mom.  I have had friends come by and visit and check on my, but I really miss my husband right now.  He has a strong quiet presence that I wish was here. 

OK enough of the waterworks.  My surgery went well on Tuesday moring at 10:15.  I don't even remeber them putting me out.  I was told I got sick right afterward- but I can't remember.  The nasaea was the worst part of it all though.  I have a very strong stomach so I was surprised to be dry heaving so much.  I don't have any pain just tenderness.  I haven't need pain meds since Tuesday night.  The nausea has stopped now and I am starving.  I would love to eat but the commercials on TV make me wanna gag.  All day I have had one glass of water, and two tiny survings of carnation instant breakfast.
I haven't had any gas or gas pain at all.  Just trying to get used to drinking smaller amounts for now, if I even try to get a big gulp it just sits and still goes down slow, so whats the point.
