Hi Stephanie, Good luck next Tuesday! My thoughts will be with you. I was reading your story and it is very similar to mine. I don't have any serious health problems (yet) other than back & joint aches. I started to put on weight in my early 20's and have increased 10 or so pounds every year since, with no end in sight. I would try to lose weight every so often, and when it worked, I would stop the "diet" and go right back where I was, until last year I finally decided I didn't want to be the "fat mom." I think what did it was when my daughter said, Mom when I grow up I will have a big belly just like you! It made me so sad, I vowed that I would set a better example for her and live as healthy as possible. Best wishes for a speedy recovery.
