Tammy, I just read your post on the message board. You are considered a "lightweight" like me (I started at 260#, am 5'3"). I lost the same amount as you in the same period of time. We have a tendency to lose at a slower rate than the others so don't be disappointed if you are not at "goal" by December. At 14 months post-op I am still trying to reach the -100# mark. A lot of factors affect your rate of loss; hang in there and you'll do great!

Dear Tammy.........sorry about the rough start. I also hate NG tubes but soon this very difficult part will pass. It's a real strain to go through any surgery but think of the immediate future of when you are home. Each day is better than the last. I pray your recovery speeds up by a thousand and you are home soon and feeling great. God bless! :)
