Angel reporting for duty. I visited with Tess in her home last evening. She looks great! She has now lost a total of 14 lbs in seven days! Way to go, Tess! I'm so happy for you. She is having a bit of a problem with taking meds -- they make her dump. So, please say a prayer for Tess that she moves beyond this phase and is able to take and keep her meds down. Please visit her surgery page and cheer her along. Blessings to you Tess, RobinCarol P. 21 years, 6 months ago

Very slow angel reporting for duty . . . Tess had her surgery (Open-RNY, proximal) this past Thursday and is doing great. She is home, with a G-tube still in, and struggling with the pill crusher for her pain meds, but she is very good spirits. And great news to report; she has <u>lost 10 pounds already</u> and no longer qualifies for WLS <grin>. Isn't that too awesome?! Please everyone, stop by and congratulate Tess. Way to go Tess. We are all here for you. Love you bunches, RobinL. Brown 21 years, 6 months ago
Tess, best wishes and good thoughts are being sent your way as you make your journey to health and wellness. I am four months post-op, down 64 lbs, and so glad I decided to do this, after thinking about it for a few years. Educate yourself, really read and understand everything about the procedure you have chosen to have, and trust yourself that you have made the right choice. {{{Hugs}}}Kimberly G. 21 years, 6 months ago
