Hi Tekesia, CONGRATULATIONS on your weight loss. I'm right along with you but I'm still disappointed with my slow weight loss. I've increased my exercise, water intake and I'm still a slow loser. I'm hovering between 271-276 and just came seem to truly break this plateau. I love reading your profiles because you never have a sad story. Thanks for always giving a word of encouragement. Tekesia, Remember that when you are working out, you are replacing fat with good lean fat burning muscle. When ever you get discouraged, just go to Kricket's page and see that she has slowly lost weight for 3 years after surgery and is finally at goal. We all lose weight differently. Keep up the positive attitude and know that your body will do what is best for you. I know you can do it and you are doing the right things. Keep up the great work!!!!! Hugs,
