Nearly 22 years post op

October 6, 2000 I had Duodenal Switch - I went from 326 lbs down to 175 and was super happy!  In the past 21+ years, I have gained back 83 lbs of the 151 I lost.  I want to get back to 175.  I have arthritis and I know it would be less painful if I could drop some weight again.  

Has anyone who had open DS had revision surgery?  If so, did you have your common channel shortened?  My Doctor said he left mine a little too long, and I may want to have the revision - I had Dr. Marek Lutryzkowski from West Bloomfield, MI.
