Welcome to the CA OH board Scott. This is a wonderful place for support. I wihs you the best of luck on your journey and am glad to hear that you got rid of Kaiser. While they do great by many people, they seem to be the worst thorn on other's sides. Good luck with BC/BS. I had BC/BS and had no problems whatsoever, but I also had a PPO and had BC/BS out of New Jersey. Again, welcome and good luck.
