Has anyone read anything about the new surgery?

It is supposed to be some type of probe that is inserted into the abdomen and promotes weight loss. My boss read about it somewhere, and I saw it and just blew it off. Now I have to find out about it for him. It is supposedly adjustable and emits a "charge" of some sort???? Anybody?
