I've been on 3 plateaus since surgery 9/17/01! I've only lost 27 lbs. in 8 wks.

I'm drinking 75 gms. of protein a day, eating nothing but high protein foods such as boiled eggs, non-fat cottage cheese, turkey, etc. and I'm exercising every day by walking a least two miles if not more within 40 minutes. I'm always hungry. I'm okay right after I eat my allotted 2 ozs. but half an hour later I'm starving! I'm drinking 60 ozs. of water a day and I take all my vitamins. So what's wrong? Why am I plateauing so much? How come the weight is coming off so slowly? Sometimes the scale actually goes back up!
