use of colon cleanser to move past a plateau

i've hit a plateau one of many im soon to be 3 months post op and i was wondering if anyone ever used any type of colon cleanser you know where you don't eat anything but only drink the colon cleanser for 2 or 3 days ....will that get the scale moving ....?
