I ate fat free bologna...
Last night around 6 p I ate 2 slices of fat free bologna. Dinner about 2 hours later was 3 oz chicken thigh( never had problem with either of these before) I woke at 3 AM and started vomiting all I had eaten so many hours ago. Until this point i have never vomited or had nausea or dumping Im post RNY 8/8/01. I realize I had forgotten to peel the skins off the bologna, any thoughts on if this could have caused the vomiting? and why so many hours later? and damn if my pouch is so small where did all that sit.. I didnt feel bad after eating at all. Any input would be appreciated thanks
