Does anyone know of a good PDA food & nutrition log program.

I would like to write down the foods and quanity eaten and then have it calculate grams of protein, fat, carbs, and calories. I would also like it if it would keep a running total as the day goes on. I'm having a hard time getting in enough food. I average 375-400cal/day and 30-35gr protein/day. I'm 10 weeks post-op and only down 38 pounds.
