I need some advice please

I have been stuck at 220 for a little over a month, maybe even longer. I got on the scale a few days ago and went up 6 pounds, I know this is because it is time for my ##%#^ but I am getting kinda of nervous here. People are telling me I am still loosing weight but I DON'T SEE IT, FEEL IT.. Please I need some advice, and words of encouragement. I am doing the protein, I haven't excercised in about 2 weeks, and need to do more water. AAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
