How do you STOP from Losing, If at your ideal weight, you will continue to go UNDER ?

I really don't know, but wonder how you will be able to STOP from losing if you are at your ideal weight. I know it sounds silly to ask this from me. I plan to have the surgery, but I just filed my 1st appeal with insurance, so I am waiting back for approval. I am also looking for new friends out there who could help me with some concerns also.
