Rockford, IL post-ops please!

Hi I am Amy and have recently relocated to Rockford. I am here all alone, without a physician or a support network. I am very stressed with a new job, a big move, and no one to lean on. On Nov. 19th I will be one year post op! I recently found that I have gained back 8 lbs. I am also finding my old eating habits sneaking up on me. I know I need to stop this now but can't do it alone. Would love to get to know some local people and share thoughts and ideas. Does anyone go to the support group in Belvidere? Please help me, I don't want to fail! :(
