Does anyone have similar stats at 6 months post-op??

I am 30 years old, had surgery on 08/05/02 and started at a weight of 391 and height of 5'8" tall. I am exactly 6 months post-op today and weigh a total of 246 pounds (for a total weight loss of 145 pounds. Although I am extremely happy with my success so far, Im wondering what others have experienced who started at similar stats and age. What can I expect from here?? Im starting to plateau. But, have also been ill lately and not getting in the necessary protein and water. For those that are already past their 1 year mark with similar stats, what was your goal and when did you reach it??
