I take vita4life. I am (according to the package directions) take 4 pills per day. I break them up into 2 in the am and 2 in the pm. Do any of you take vita4life. If you had (like me) 110 lbs. or less to lose, take 1 pill 4 times per day. My labs were ok at 4 months out, but I wonder if I am getting what I need. I feel tired a lot, I mean a real lot. Any suggestions would be deeply appreciated. Yes, I do get my protein in daily too. I use EPN Chocolate Whey flavor protein. It's 18 grams of protein per shake and I use milk so it's even higher in protein. The carb count is like 2 and hardly any sugar either. Thanks for any suggestions AMOS family.
