Need names of plastic surgeons qualified to do skin removal in post wls patients in F

I'm trying to track down a list of plastic surgeons familiar with our skin issues and competent in lower body lifts/circumferential torsoplasty. I need them to be in Florida or Alabama, or even Georgia, as close to Panama City as possible. Thanks!
