Do you feel full when you're on the post-op diet?

I had surgery on may 20th. I'm not hungry but I don't feel full. Does the sense of fullness begin now or when you're on solids? Im thinking maybe somthing's not right Im not full, I had 3oz of chicken broth and a whole popsicle or when I just drink the 3oz meals I dont feel full
