4 months post op, less hungry than at 4 weeks post op!

Has anyone else experienced this? I eat alot less now than I did even a month ago! It could be summer (hate to cook when it's hot and humid!), but I tend to think that it's psychological. I think I was so busy trying to prove I could eat everything I wanted, that I wasn't listening to my body. I was really overeating. But now, it's almost like, well, I know I can eat it, so I don't really have to eat it now. Also, I'm getting better at listening to my body. Last month I would have 2 slices of pizza even though it made me hurt. Now, I eat one slice, and it takes me a while to eat it. I just ordered Taco Bell, and was able to only eat one chicken soft taco. (Okay, my food choices are truly better than what I'm representing here, I promise!). But did anyone feel that the surgery really kicked in after a couple of months went by? What's also weird is that a month ago, I was losing weight everyday eating twice as much as I eat now - and I'm not losing weight now, eating much less, but the pants I just bought are getting really baggy! How strange! I would really like to hear from anyone with similar stories...OPEN RNY 3/20/03 down 76 lbs.
