Is this a good way to look at the bad plateaus?!

Hi again, Amos family! I know we all hate the dreaded plateaus but I was reading about the so-called positives about them. I read that sometimes when we hit a plateau, that it may be our bodies way of trying to adjust to amount of weight we have already lost or even catching up with it. If that were true, then shouldn't we be a little more happier or accepting when we get to one? Like I said ( and please don't bash me for this), I didn't like hitting my plateau, but shouldn't we take that time to try and play catch up with say some saggin skin we may have to try and rid, Lord knows I have huge bat wings that I'm working on. I just don't want to sit here and think negatives, I've done that for most of my life, so I was thinking if this sounded good to others to view it like this? Thanks all! Vi.
