Are reduced fat Ritz crakcers....

I have found that I enjoy eating peanut butter spreaded on top of a reduce fat Ritz cracker is this a good thing? I do the peanut butter tryin to get the protein. Also a question about protein, some say your body has some in reserves, how long does it stay in reserves after your surgery. I'm 8 weeks post op, I know I dont get in much protein (maybe 15 grams if that) some say this will get better as time goes on, but I dont want my weight loss to cease because of this. I drink my water and other liquids, and I exercise faithfully (mainly do the walk away the pound tapes). Its the protein that I can't seem to do. When it comes to protein thats the ONLY time I regret the surgery. Should I feel this way?
