Has anyone changed insurance companies after RNY and had TT approved?

When I had my RNY I had AETNA insurance. Since I have changed jobs and have BCBS Basic through the postal service.I'm wondering if anyone has had TT approved through them after having different insurance for actual surgery? I want a TT in the worst way with maybe some liposuction along with it. I've lost 100 lbs which is what they said I should lose, but still carry too much in my stomach area. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks to all!
